Order returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased, or you do not receive them in perfect condition, you may return them within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt, in accordance with Law 3/2014 of 27 March and the TRLGDCU.

To arrange a return, contact us by email at info@portaltrendy.com. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note.

Returns of used or opened products, or products with alterations to their original packaging, will not be accepted.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product at our premises, using the same means of payment used for the purchase.

In the event of an incident (damaged, incorrect or defective product), the customer must report it within 7 days of receipt. To request a refund, the product must be sent to:

If the customer prefers a replacement of the product, Portal Trendy, S.L. undertakes to deliver another in perfect condition as soon as it receives the defective item.

Shipping

Shipments are handled through private courier and transport companies. Portal Trendy, S.L. does not act as a commercial intermediary agent; orders are shipped directly from its premises.

Delivery times

• Orders are shipped directly from our premises. Except in exceptional situations, there are no stock issues.
• Until the buyer has fulfilled their payment obligations, Portal Trendy, S.L. is not obliged to supply the order.
• Once payment is verified, the order will be delivered within a maximum period of [ 48 / 72 hours ] counted from the day following verification. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
